When faced with overwhelming and traumatic experiences, individuals naturally adapt and develop protective mechanisms. However, these once adaptive patterns may no longer serve them outside of the traumatic event, impacting their sense of self, relationships, stress levels, sleep, and daily functioning. As your guide, I will assist you in finding meaning in inherently meaningless events, expressing emotions that are difficult to articulate, and developing coping strategies for the most challenging life circumstances. Together, we will tap into your inherent resilience and embark on a healing journey.

I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as an effective trauma therapy for clients who are suitable candidates and willing to participate in EMDR. Together, we will navigate the aftermath of trauma, promote healing, and rebuild lives.
